About Andrew
Andrew Mercer has called Costa Rica home for the past 14 years, having relocated to Costa Rica at the age of 17.
He has traveled around the world in search of adventure, culture and surf. Andrew is an established Real Estate professional and is an avid fisherman, surfer, chef and Father.
Playa Langosta is home base for Andrew, living and managing his own rental property for 12 years he has a clear understanding of the area, its property, values, etc.
Andrew started working in real estate under the tutelage of Brian and the Christie’s brokerage team for 8 years, and now Andrew is a seasoned team leader. He has an extensive knowledge of the Guanacaste area for his clients.
A well rounded professional, Andrew is an avid waterman and even offers inshore fishing tours when he’s not busy with Christie’s! He is an amazing creator of content as a photographer and videographer for some of the top surfers of Costa Rica, and he produces premium level Real Estate videos, commercials, drone footage and more.
