This property is located in the Gandoca National Wildlife Refuge on Costa Rica’s South Caribbean Coast, located in Playa Grande, between Punta Uva and Manzanillo.

It is a coastal rainforest environment at the foot of the Talamanca Mountains and the Long Shoal Barrier Reef.
